Lovely ambiance with charming historical architecture,, and the unique subterranean pool provided a magical retreat after a day of sightseeing.
The steep staircase can be quite daunting. luggage handling becomes a workout, making access challenging for those with mobility concerns.

The hotel is perfectly sited, just a few steps from the stunning Beffroi and close to the beautiful Collegiate Church of Notre Dame, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the city's historical heart. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my visit even more enjoyable.

Steep and winding stairs make accessing rooms a workout!!! Room size lacking comfort, especially for longer stays. Limited parking access adds to hassle upon arrival!!! Issues with soundproofing and room cleanliness should be addressed!!!
